Boat Trailer Plan Released

Our boat trailer plan was developed some years ago in collaboration with an Australian boat designer. The plan has now been redeveloped and listed on our website. The plans will generally suit a 7m  (21ft) mono-hull sea boat and features curved/rolled chassis rails, adjustable winch post, guide rollers and skid rails. Cross members are curved allowing boat to be positioned lower and reducing centre of gravity height, resulting in improved handling during towing. Keel roller height from ground is 550mm.

Plans are supplied with a complete parts list, 10 page assembly guide and 16 detailed components and assembly drawings. It is one of the most comprehensive set of boat plans available today. More…
