“The plans were excellent, easy to follow and there were some great tips to source parts like the hydraulic ram which was purchased from the ever so helpful people at Gough transport. I’m a boilermaker/pressure welder for the oil and gas sector and was glad to be able to purchase a design ready to go without the hassle of drawing something up myself.
I do have one confession though my driveway is a bit narrow to swing a large trailer through, so I have scaled down to a 8 x 5 to suit the smaller area I have to work with and the trailer is now load rated at 2t with mechanical over ride brakes which makes it a bit more versatile if a family member or friend needs to borrow it.
