Andrew’s 6m Enclosed Trailer Build
Moto Bunker
This fine caravan toy hauler (Moto Bunker) was built by Andrew from Queensland using our 6m Enclosed Trailer Plan as a basis to start from. The chassis started its life with independent coil suspension, but by the time the van was complete it had been converted to airbags complete with 5L air tank and inflation outlet.
The steel chassis base provides solid support for an aluminium top frame, cladded with 3mm white composite panel inside and out. The trailer is fitted with a slide out kitchen, en-suite bathroom, upright fridge, general storage, four folding bunk beds in the rear with 5 motorbike storage stations. There is a roll out awning on the side, a pull-out instantaneous hot water system and solar on the roof.

The rear door has been powered using a cable winch. Each of the bunk beds has been provided with a reading light, power point and personal fan. The van is fitted with air-conditioning, sound system, TV and a sophisticated power management which has been installed very professionally. In fact, there are so many cool features in this build we thought we would let the pictures do the talking.
