Downloading onto mobiles & tablets

You can download and open our Trailer Plans on your mobile phone. However, you will need a suitable app like iZip or similar to open the downloaded ZIP file.

Here is how it works:

•  Once you have completed checkout, you will receive an email from TrailerPlans on your phone. In the email, click on the link View Purchase Online. The phone will open a browser and a page showing your purchase with a Download link. Click on the download button to commence downloading your plan.
• Watch the URL bar at the top of the browser for the progress of your download. Have a little patients here. Download speed depends on the quality & speed of the internet connection you have. Remember, you get 5 attempts or 120 hours (whichever comes first) to get your plans. If the phone does not work for you then you can forward the email to a computer and download from there.
• This is where you will need the app to open the downloaded ZIP file. iZip will ask if you want to extract all the files, say OK and follow the prompts of your app to open and/or extract the files from the ZIP folder.
